Mighty and Marvelous

If l had wings I would fly to Disneyland, in California. I would fly there because it  sounds interesting. It is a big place and there is a lot to do, like rides, restaurants, live entertainment, and much, much more! The first thing I would do is go on rides like Splash Mountain, It’s A Small World, Snow White Scary Adventures and The Haunted Mansion. When I am on the rides the music would make me excited inside. After the windy rides I would feel hungry, and then go to a restaurant. A restaurant I would like to try is Refreshment Corner, where I would eat food like a Monte Cristo sandwich, a mint julep, and a loaded funnel cake. All of the food would make my taste buds want to dive into the scrumptious food. After all that delicious food, I might be too full to eat the loaded funnel cake, so I would bring it to an entertainment show. Therefore, I think Disneyland would be the best place to fly to if I had wings!

I am 4 feet tall and If I was 8 feet tall life would surely be different. There would be positives and negatives. One positive thing about being 8 feet tall is that if I am hanging up Christmas lights outside I won't need a ladder, and it would be much faster and easier. A second positive reason is if I was painting the wall I would not need a ladder and it would be much easier. One negative thing about being 8 feet tall is when I walk around the house my head would be touching the ceiling. A second reason is when I look down things are smaller than when you are 4 feet tall so they are harder to see. Therefore, 8 feet would surely be different from 4 feet tall both negatively and positively.

By far the worst thing that happened to me was when I was traveling home to London. Once I was in a rented car with my family in Grand Cayman. Traffic was high and we had to get to the airport. When we got to the airport, unloading all of our suitcases was a pain. Then, all the stress started to happen. Every 30 minutes they kept delaying flights. Seven hours passed and then we finally boarded the plane. We were exhausted and bored. The flight attendant came on and told us that they had the same problem as last time. Luckily, I had a book to write in and a Nintendo Switch. When we actually took off it was a long ride home. We arrived in Toronto but we didn't have a car (it was back in London), so we had to rent a car. All the way home I had to sing "Baby Shark" to my baby sister.  The ride from Toronto to London was long and it was way too painful.

Cats and dogs are fine pets for people but a tiger would be the best pet for me. First, I could hop on its back and ride it swiftly through the woods. Secondly, I could play keep away with a hockey ball and stick which would help my stick handling. Last, when I went to bed my tiger would keep me warm throughout the night. In conclusion, a tiger is the best pet for me! #great pets.

If I could fly I would fly over New York. First, it would be fun to fly over and weave between the towers. Second, I could fly down so low it would scare people. Last, I could jump off of towers. In conclusion, it would be very fun to fly in New York.

If I had wings I would fly to see both of my grandparents. First, I’d fly down the 401 highway to Windsor to visit my nonna. She’d make me her delicious, soft and fluffy pancakes for breakfast and her homemade pasta with Italian tomato sauce for lunch. In the meantime, she would bring me to visit my cousins and we would have fun playing sports together. After I would lay on her and we’d watch funny movies together. Next, I would fly to Sarnia to visit my vavo. She would make me seafood for dinner. For dessert she would cook me Portuguese tarts, tasty and full of flavor. I’d also visit my cousins and we would be silly together. After all that flying I’d head home but before I left, I would give my grandma a gigantic hug and then head home to rest after all that traveling.

Imagine being 8 feet tall.  Maybe it would be terrible or maybe it would be great. First, it would be great because you could reach a lot of things like books or food .  You would be very helpful to some people like your family with getting things that are too high for them. Second, it would be bad because you would always bonk your head on the ceiling.  Wouldn't it be weird just walking on the street, being the tallest person? Last, it would be terrible because people could make fun of you and laugh at you because you're super tall. So, would you want to be 8 feet tall? Because I wouldn’t.

If I was 8 feet tall my head would be the height of Cristiano Ronaldo’s head jumping in the air! For a fact, Cristiano Ronaldo jumps taller than a soccer crossbar! I could hop a high fence and it would be really easy for me because I would be taller than everyone else including my backyard fence. However, I wouldn’t be able to take a normal shower like everyone else without having to bend down.  All my clothes would be way too short and I would have to get everything custom made to fit me! These are some reasons why it would be both fun to be tall and also challenging.

Cats and dogs are just fine pets for most people if you ask me a human being, yes you heard me right, a human would be the perfect pet. I know what you are thinking, but let me explain. Let me guess what you’re thinking first, “A human isn’t an animal.” But we share DNA with apes, monkeys and gorillas, so we’re all animals. Now, you may ask me why I chose a human for a pet. Well it’s not really a pet. It would be like a third brother. He could do my chores and play video games with me, without being annoying, like some people are. Just like a perfect third brother. You didn't see that one coming, did you.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like if you were eight foot something? Well if you keep reading you will find out! Being tall can be a good thing and a bad thing. One reason it can be a good thing is  if you love basketball you would be tall enough to make a slam dunk! For me that would not really matter because basketball is not my favourite sport. For me it would be good because longer legs and arms would make me faster in the pool. In the summer I would win every race with my sister in our pool. Those long arms would also be helpful for reaching things on the top shelf. One reason it can be a negative is that people might stare at you if you are very tall. No one would want to be stuck sitting behind you at the movies.  Also you would probably get tired of hearing jokes like, “How’s the weather up there?” We don’t get to choose our height, so if you happen to grow really tall there will be challenges, but positive things too!

Cats and dogs are just fine pets for most people. If you ask me, a cat tailed dragon would be the best pet ever. I know what you are thinking but let me explain.  First, the cat tailed dragon has twenty tails, so it can help you out a lot by making your bed, washing ten dishes at a time, and everything else you can imagine. It has perfectly aerodynamic wings so you can fly in the air at speeds of 4018 km per millisecond.  Last, it has the softest fur on its tummy so you can have the best sleep. That is why I think a cat tailed dragon would be the best pet ever.

Can you imagine being able to fly? First, I would be able to fly with the dragons and then jump off their back and glide beside them right in the air. Second, I would be able to have the best view in town. I would probably even be able to see my house from space,  if I had an astronaut suit. Last, if we were having a super boring math test or social studies test, I would be able to jump out the window and fly away to the park and play Pokemon go with my cat Rico. I would text him before and he would already be waiting for me. Then I would come back  to school and my cat would write my test for me while I fly around outside. I would feed him cat food after he got an A+ on my test. That is what I think it would be like if I was able to fly.

By far, the worst thing that has happened to me was when my package didn't come for 2 months. It all started on February 4, 2018, my birthday. I ordered a package that was supposed to come four weeks after my birthday. Four weeks went by and the package was not here. So I checked the mail everyday and nothing. A month went by and I gave up. I had wasted some money on something that would never come. Another month went by when one day my brother went to get the mail, found a package and it was my package. Then my family and I played with the package because the package was a board game.

If I had wings I would fly everywhere but the one place I would fly is New York City. Why, you ask, well New York is home of the Statue of Liberty. Every day I would fly up on the top and watch the sunset. Also, I would fly on top of Freedom Tower and see all of New York. I would feel like I was the president of flying. So after freedom tower I would go see all my pigeon friends in Central Park because you get kind of lonely flying around all by yourself. That is where I would fly and what I would do, if I had wings.

If I had wings I would fly to Disney World. When I get  there, I would go to the Star Wars theme park and meet all the Jedi and Sith. Then I would get a bunch of Star Wars action figures and plastic light sabers. Next, I would go sleep in an empty hotel room and I would go for a swim in the pool after my nap. Last, I would go meet Mickey Mouse. Finally I would fly back home and tell all my friends and family what happened.

If I had wings, I would fly to Mexico. I love the beaches and the sand is really soft.  Not to mention the food is amazing. Tacos are one of my favourite foods. They have lots of fish and coral in Mexico and it is so fun to snorkel and see all the fish and crabs. It would be so fun to go to Chichen Itza to see and fly to the top of the pyramids.  If I could fly to Mexico I would also probably be in the Guinness World Record Book because I would be the first human that could fly and that would be so cool.

If you had wings, where would you fly?  If I had wings and could fly anywhere, I would fly to Slovakia.  I would fly to Slovakia because I really, really miss my family.  I only get to see them once every two years or sometimes every three years!  Only my dad, my mom, my sister and I live here in Canada. All my other family lives in Slovakia.  If I could fly there, I could take my parents and my sister on my back. When we arrive in Slovakia, I could meet my whole family.  It would be awesome! My sister and I could play with our cousins and my parents could chat with our grandparents.  It would be the best! Who wouldn't want to meet their family? That's why, if I had wings, I would fly to Slovakia.

In my opinion I think the girl is determined and kind. She kept trying to build a plane and never gave up. She probably tried ten times to make a plan that would fly which proves that she is determined. She is also quiet and kind. I know this because she never talked in the show but she showed her kindness to the other human being by helping her return to her family. In conclusion, I believe that the girl is determined and kind.

In my opinion I think the girl is confident.  I know this because in the beginning we see she keeps trying to make a plane for a long time even though she keeps failing. When the star girl gives up, she is still confident that she can make a working plane and at the end she finally makes a working plane.

In my opinion I think the girl is helpful. I know this because in the movie when the little person’s aircraft broke, she tried a few things to help fix his flying ship. Even when it didn’t work at first, she tried again and didn’t give up until it was fixed. I think this shows that she is also determined. She was helpful and determined, making sure she got his ship flying again.
