Homework:
In your yellow math notebook (Math #1), construct the following angles. Classify them as right, acute or obtuse. Write the angle measures inside the angle just like we did in class.
20°, 175°, 100°, 50°, 135°, 80°
Review on-line games:(great practice)
Finally this is the video about the types of angles we watched in class:
Science
Complete the second last handout in the unit. Here is the Algonquin Park website:
- Choose one of the habitats (one that you are interested in learning about).
- Research one of the habitats mean write down the different plants and animals that live in the habitat. Include whether they are producers, herbivores, omnivore, carnivores.
- Finally describe how the habitat would be affected by the depletion of the Eastern Wolf.
Reminders:
- Assignments to complete this week: slide of endangered animal, slide of extinct animal, poster of Old Testament Prophet
- Last day to bring gifts / hat and mittens for St. Nicholas Giving Tree
- Science test Thursday, December 12th
- If you have an ornament at home, bring it in to decorate our tree.... it's looking a little bare!
